Mortgage with Natwest

Has anyone successfully got a mortgage with NatWest when you have family giving you money?

All my bank accounts are mixed together so the gifted money is mixed with my money but i definitely have enough of my own money for the deposit, they just need to really go through it. I have given a full year bank statement of all accounts including my families account.
I cant have them sign the letter saying its a gifted deposit so do you think if the banker can find the deposit from my own money they would still want the letter signed from them?

I need to ask what wont count toward the mortgage as more often than not gifted money would be sent to one account and then back and spent on Amazon or just eat. So does that mean that this money isnt going to the deposit?
