Paypal mistake

My sister ordered something off ebay and typed $250 into paypal instead of $2.50 for postage for something that cost only $14.

£140 has now been taken out of the bank already. Is there anyway they can get it back?

ring paypal and contact the seller not sure what you can do really I would also ring your bank up
