Wondering if anyone can explain?
My sons dad is married with a step daughter same as our son, 15 and after 14 Years I finally decided to pursue CSA.
he works and when we speak he sometimes at work and his wife works to. I believe he earns cash in hand but the reply from CsA says MR x receives state benefits so the amount due is zero.
I can’t understand how he can’t even pay 10 quid a week if he’s working regardless of being on benefits?
