LCWRA points system

Does anyone have a copy of the points system the DWP use to decide if you can get LCWRA.

Sorry, meant to add that people can be awarded LCWRA on grounds of "substantial risk to themselves or others" if they don't qualify on points.

Relevant regulation is Paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 of the UC Regulations 2013.
