here are the facts:

Irish and bought in Irish with Irish bank
purchased house a year ago
didnt draw down full amount offered.
Looking to get the rest of the amount that was offered at the time now
I was unemployed at time of mortgage, now employed short term finishing up in two months
currently pregnant

What documents will we need to show
Will it be like the full mortgage process again?
do we need a solicitor?

I cant find any information like a checklist online and just looking for basic info before getting into it with the bank

I'm not sure you can just ask for the bit you didn't take before IYKWIM.

I think it will just be a straight re-mortgage, but I'm not sure whether your temporary position and pregnancy might affect that?
