Tax Credits renewal form - when?

Should I have had a renewal form by now? I've had endless problems with our post so something not arriving doesn't mean that it hasn't been posted.

I can't remember when the form came last year but feel that it should be about now. Have tried the helpline but it's perpetually "experiencing a high volume of calls" which also makes me think it might be around now.

Has anyone had their form yet or am I jumping the gun?

Ok, I've read the direct.gov.uk tax credits renwal page properly now and it says between April and June so I'll just keep an eye out.

Mine has arrived and I have done it over the phone. I am in Scotland though.

Am holding on the helpline now. I'm in Scotland too so it's probably got lost.

Ok, got through after 5 mins or so (so thanks Divastrop) and it's not been sent yet.

Still haven't received ours yet either. Although I notice that they have halved our payments, so I think that DH's P60 had alerted them to his pay raise. That's the raise that was supposed to pay for the council tax that has shot up, the water rates that have shot up and the energy bills that have shot up. But I digress...

I hope that they don't want our form back any time soon, as I've been phoning around the banks trying to get Tax Certificates from them so that we can fill in the CTC form properly and they are all being useless. As the sympathetic employee in NatWest said - it's not as though it should come as a surprise that everyone needs their tax forms in April!
