Hi. Is anyone with Santander and using the mobile app? It hasn't worked for me or DD since they updated it.
I rang them and they said it was my IP address, so I changed that and it still didn't work , I was definitely told to change it from an oscillating ISP to a static one which I did. They said that the oscillating ISP wasn't secure which was why it was failing. now they are saying that I wouldn't have been told to do that and it would make no difference.
The app opens to the point of entering your 5 digit number, then it crashes and says it is unable to display at this this time
Just wondering if anyone else is getting this, as Santander says that they haven't heard of it before.
both have iphones, different models, DD just had a new one and the app still doesn't work
