Hi all,
when purchasing a property have the solicitor’s requested a title plan, in order to carry out the searches?

Usually the title documents, including the plan for searches, will be provided in the contract pack by the seller’s solicitors. Some firms might just download the title plan to get on with the searches straight away, though - it’s worth checking.
