Parking tickets

Anybody ever had a parking ticket from a private company called CP Plus and ignored it? If so, what happened? I have just recieved a ticket and think its very unreasonable. What do you reckon?

Haven't had one from C Plus, but I got one from Euro a couple of weeks ago. From some internet research, they are not really legally enforceable, so I have no intention of paying it. I'm ignoring it so far and will only respond when they write to me first.
