Do I talk to my bank about having surgery on finance or is this discussed in the consultation with the place of surgery? I don't know where to start

Discuss with the surgery, they'll let you know what finance options they use.
You can use a credit card to pay too.

If you’re getting a finance via the surgery then it will be with whoever their provider is, with their interest rate.

If you want to take out a loan to pay for it then you can contact your bank.

I’d advise looking at both the finance package with the surgery and look at what your bank would offer as a loan, it is likely that if a highstreet bank the interest rate on a loan will be lower than the interest rate on the finance through the surgery.
