DH has been asking his employer for his P60 for the past couple of weeks, but keeps getting fobbed off.
DH asked again today as we have received our application to re-apply for tax credits, and DH has just phoned to say that his boss told him he legally has until the end of this month by which to give him his
P60.
Ive never heard anything like this before. Is it true?
