Hi

I'm on statutory maternity pay now (just started) and wondering whether I can claim? The website is confusing as wants last years info plus I'm not actually working am i, so don't know what hours to put in??

I know I can phone them, but that means waiting til the baby's gone down for a big sleep (Whilst they put me on hold for 3 days!!) and I thought someone marvellous might just know on here!!!

x

yes you can

and the best bit is they don't count it as part of your income - or at least they didn't in my case
