Someone I am trying to support just got notified they are having the above next week and she's very worried about it. She moved across to UC about 6 months ago, no change in circumstances. Apparently it said if she doesn't take the call her UC can be stopped. Anyone know what this is about? I've googled and the only thing that's coming is a a UC review, or UC compliance, but it doesn't say either of these in her notification.

They are doing a lot of reviews at the moment, for no reason at all as far as I can see. So the phone call will be a quick chat, and might ask for some documents to be uploaded, then there might be a second call to confirm facts. And that's all.

As long as she isn't breaking any rules, and complies with requests, it won't be a problem.
