GoHenry problems today

Has anyone else had their GoHenry card balance zero or negative all day today, even if you keep topping it up? My son is pretty much stranded if he can't get his card to work ASAP. He hasn't been able to buy food all day, thanks to GoHenry!

It flagged up as a warning on their app earlier but wouldn't let me log in.

I get a different kind of warning, that some people have had transactions approved even with a negative balance. If only! My son's transactions were just declined. At one point his balance was showing as -£300! There's no way I can suddenly move that much money to sort it out. Then it changed so that it was showing zero all the time. Whenever I put money in, it went back to zero. So they have effectively stolen almost £50 from us.

They still haven't sorted it out, so now I've had to give my son a different card to go to college with. This is definitely the last time we are using GoHenry! I've never had this happen with any other bank. And this wasn't the first, he's had this before. Also the limit on number of transactions is very annoying, he's been caught out after making more than 20 transactions in 4 days, and they don't tell you about it in advance, or have any kind of warning system in place.

Also the responses I get from them are very generic and not reassuring at all that they know how to sort it out, and they don't seem to care how serious it could be if a child was left stranded somewhere with no money because of this! It's just "we are working on it, sorry for the inconvenience caused". I wonder if they have been hacked in fact.

Day 5 now, they still have not corrected the balance and we are still missing money! I haven't had any explanation why this is either, no-one has contacted us to apologise, I've had to queue on the phone or the chatbot to contact them, and then nothing happens. All I got was the extra top up fees refunded (yes, you have to pay to top up!), but we are still missing about £30!
