Universal credit childcare

More often than not when I report childcare costs there's always some imagined problem or other from them. The last few times there's always been some note back from them asking for me proof (when I've already sent the proof!)
There's always back and forth in notes.
You can never speak to someone (cos when you call all the happens is the person has to send a note to the other person apparently)
So you have to wait till they come back to you and god knows when that will be or if they'll actually read what you've put and look at what you've sent in again so they can see you're right
Latest one claims mentions some dates that don't seem relevant to me and saying I reported £196 childcare late! When I reported £76 on time!
Just had to send a ridiculously long note back addressing all the points.

Just so frustrating not being able to just call up and speak to someone and be able to get these things sorted there and then when you realise something's wrong.

Just wanted to get it out

Starting to feel like they don't WANT to pay it

And yes the latest one have come back asking for more proof (I sent it in but hey I've sent it in again) and loads of things that honestly don't even seem relevant to me
So it's not paid yet
