Bought car and home insurance and an appliance, cashback amount is showing below the statement which says “oh no savings this month”??!! I bought this in October.. I can’t find a customer service contact email or phone? Total
scam.

It’s probably just tracking and yet to be approved

TheOneWithUnagi · 26/11/2024 19:35

Top cashback?
Under the customer service tab you can report a missing cashback claim, I've always found them very good.

Lemonade2011 · 26/11/2024 19:37

You can raise a claim if you can’t see it, some places will wait 28 days, I had one ‘on ice’ they all have multiple rules. Usually 7 days to track then it gets picked up, just banked £50 from beg of October

AndThereSheGoes · 26/11/2024 19:38

So it's showing a cashback amount or not? The Dashboard shows any money as Pending or Payable. It does work if you follow the rules ( insurance has to be bought straight away rather than going back to quotes).

Says 00.00 on all - I have found the bit to complain now and it says on ice… won’t bother next time !

Itll say 0 because with insurance you usually need to have paid X amount of months premiums first.. or not cancelled the policy within 3 months of taking it out.
It showed 0 means it's tracked but yet to be uplifted to the correct amount. So you'll get your cashback providing you've done it all correct... it's just not tracked yet.

AndThereSheGoes · 26/11/2024 21:38

Definitely stick with it. I just paid £60 in to my bank and that was with me forgetting half the time.
Things like insurance, holidays and hotels soon add up.

99victoria · 28/11/2024 22:44

I bought my home insurance at the end of August and just got the cashback through a couple of weeks ago. It is a bit annoying but I think they wait until you're past the cancellation period.

It's a nice surprise when it arrives though

Brahumbug · 30/11/2024 09:42

Insurance always take a long time to come through on Top Cashback, that is down to the insurance company taking their time. One insurance pay out took 3.5 months! But I have always got the money in the end. It is definitely worth it.

Littletreefrog · 30/11/2024 09:47

Insurance always takes time to show to prevent you taking out and cancelling policies. Likewise you don't get your cash back on purchases straight away either or people would just buy things and send them back

I use Quidco and it is very good
