I have recently got my blue light card and registered. Is there a time before I can get codes to purchase stuff? Im trying to buy my son a pair of trainers on JD that we need for friday and it wont generate me the code, or is there something im doing wrong?

Search for JD on the app, there should be a blue button which says 'copy discount code'. Click on this and it will take you to the JD website, select the trainers you want and the code should appear at checkout, if not 'paste' it.

Doing this should generate an email also, so check your junk if it hasn't arrived in your Inbox

Thanks for reply. I can't generate the code on blue light. I have checked my emails and its not been emailed either

It automatically copies it for me so I just have to paste. Or it automatically puts it on the website when it redirects me

I've just tried now - clicked on the limited time offer boost pic and a message comes up saying the code has been copied to clipboard.
The code itself doesn't show, but it's definitely there ready to be pasted .
You should also get a confirmatory email

Nap1983 · 20/11/2024 10:14

Have you verified through your NHS email account?

Mmcv89 · 20/11/2024 10:22

Thanks for replies, im clearly doing something wrong. Maybe I haven't verified my bkue light account properly 🤔 😕
