Hello all.
I'm trying to transfer a reasonable sum from a Virgin account to another bank and need to use their CHAPS form. I have downloaded and completed one but I'm now at a loss as to where to send it.
They suggest taking it into one of their stores, but the nearest one is several hours drive away. I can't find any email addresses to use either, and their customer services representatives can only tell me to take the form into a store.
Can anyone help me with this, perhaps if you've done it yourself?
