Where can I find out more information about a CCJ on my credit file?

Hello everyone, I have found out that I have a CCJ on my credit file that's four years old. I can't seem to get any information on it from my credit file.

How do I get more information on this? I need to know what it was for, the amount etc.

You need to contact the court the CCJ was issued from to find details of who the claimant is I believe.

If you don't know which court, you need to search yourself on the Register of Judgements, Orders and Fines to get the details.
