DLA letter

Hi, I'm currently waiting for a renewal which runs out in November.

Today I received a letter saying "you asked us to look again at a decision about Disability Living Allowance.
We have looked at the facts, evidence and at the points you have raised. However we have not changed the decision. Your entitlement therefore remains unchanged .

I have not received an award notice yet so I'm unsure what this means. Has anyone had anything like this? TIA

I thought DLA had been phased out and replaced by PiP?

@Hatty65 sorry I should have mentioned it was for my child.

Yes me! Phone them. In our case the award had been made but the wrong paperwork issued.

@CCLCECSC Did they send you out a new award letter when you called? X

Yes and quite promptly which meant there was no gap between current and future award.
