Hi my husband of 22 yes has left me. He has agreed to pay maintenance (so nice of him hey!) for our two children who majority will be with me.
We have a joint mortgage which I can just cover with my PT wage, maintenance and benefits ( for the first time in my life) I hope to receive.

In regards to the mortgage what do I do in regards to that he will no longer contributing to this? Do I calculate his equity now I'm so unsure .
He's agreed for me and kids to remain in the house until they are older then we sell or I buy him out.

Thanks in advance

You need legal advice ASAP and the finances will be sorted properly. I'm so sorry, I've been married a similar length of time and i can't imagine the shock.
