Quick ques re SE self-assessment

I appear to have £100 credit/overpayment and according to HMRC website can ask for repayment. Instead of doing this, am I able to just deduct the £100 from the tax due 31/1/25? Seems easier to me but am unclear. Thank you.

Yes but they may randomly refund it to you between now and then so just watch out for them doing that and adjust the amount you pay in January according.
