UC 85% childcare

My maternity leave has ended and I’m on AL for the whole of October. I’ve handed in my notice today. We used UC for claiming back 85% of childcare fees. We pay a month behind so in October I will pay Sep. My question is will I still be able to claim back Octobers fees that I will pay in November as I’ll have no wage in November but had already used the childcare whilst still employed?

If the childcare was incurred when you were at work, you should be fine, I think. They won't pay for anything beyond your last employed day, but you'll be fine before then.

You normally get a two month 'run on' from when you were last employed

Yes it was from when I was employed.
