I placed an Amazon order on Tuesday for £10.98, seemed to go through fine and the item arrived on Wednesday. The payment was sitting in my pending transactions on the app when I logged on Wednesday but today I’ve logged on and it’s completely vanished and the money that was being held has been credited back to my balance. I’ve logged into amazon and all looks fine there but I’ve never had this happen before so not sure who I need to contact- Amazon? The bank? I’m a bit wary about offering to pay again in case whatever glitch this is sorts itself out and I end up paying twice but equally want to make sure I haven’t inadvertently got a free order and Amazon are out of pocket
