Pension payments overseas

If I move to a different country who arranges my pension payments in overseas accounts?
I have an NHS pension and going to receive State Pension in a couple of months.
I am aware of International Pensions Centre, do they manage both NHS and State pensions for ex pats or is it done by NHS Pensions agency and DWP?

My brother lives abroad and had to sort his private pensions with the individual companies. None were public sector pensions though. I would think it is up to you to sort this out with your pension provider as I can’t see the state doing this
