How do I make a complaint about universal credit?
They're saying I need to send in proof of my childcare costs but I've already done that.
The replies I've had to my journal notes read like they've not actually read what I've put and they seem to repeat that they need further proof.
And now they're ignoring me full stop.
And I'm really upset and tired now

I tried doing the notes because whenever I've called previously about other things the response is always 'put a note in the journal'. They never seem to resolve the problem on the phone.

I haven't had time to call recently and will struggle till Wednesday and I'm just tired of it all

I would phone them as they don't always read the messages in your journal ??? I've waited two months for a reply before now
