My dw has numerous health issues and we submitted 2nd fit note also done uc50 form.she works part time and that's all she can do, how do we get it across to them she can't work full time hours also we have a joint UC claim.

Is she trying to get into LCW/LCWRA? Have you looked together at the forms to see if she meets enough of the criteria points to achieve this?

If you have sent off the UC50 form then you just need to wait for an assessment date.

If she has not yet had a WCA then she has not been rejected... she has just not been assessed yet.

If she can show she has LCfW/WRA via UC50 etc process then she will not have to work more etc.

If she has issues short of having LCfW but can show reasons why she cannot reach at least her admin earnings threshold then she may be able to persuade UC that she needs an adjustment.

Been through that bit,got a letter on journal about her not qualifying for lcw.
Xenobitch explanation helped talk me down.we find UC interactions very stressful like many other people do.

That is good, and will give you both peace of mind that she wont be pressured to work more than she is able.
