Fraud - unusual one where have fraudster name and address

This is a bit unusual. Whilst Ive experienced a couple of fraudulent transactions before, small amounts and immediately reimbursed by bank, I want to take next steps here but don't quite know what to do. In short, 100 deducted from current account in Summer to big corporate, I reported as fraud as knew it was not me, money refunded. 2 months on, same amount of money debit, cue calls to my bank / big corporate. Big corporate tells me transaction was made using my card details but not in my name, delivery address not mine, they can't tell me the persons name obviously. Back to bank where ultimately has been resolved today and money will be refunded however as part of the process I have received the details of the transaction - Big Corp sent Bank an email - so I now have the persons name and address who used the card and also details of what they bought and was delivered! This was a mistake by the bank. Anyway what should I do? I plan to report it to the police. Could it be that it is indeed the person whose name is on the Big Corp invoice or is it possible this person is not the fraudster and has been caught up in this bizarre tangle?
