Do you think the budget will cause problems?

More businesses folding in my area. Feel gloomy.

Do you mean high street businesses? I think the high street is dying because of wider issues (changes to the way we shop, ease of online shopping, cost of living increases, move to out of town retail parks) - I don’t think anything in the budget will change that.

Yes, it will cause problems for some people. As Labour have said for weeks now.

But I hope along with any tax increases comes real consideration for growing the economy - which is what KS and RR both said many many times they think is the solution to the UK's ills.

Changing taxes like CGT might appear 'fair' on the face of it, but without capital investment from a range of sources, our economy won't grow very fast. There is such a thing as cutting off one's nose to spite one's face.
