Chargeback help

I have a shop give me the run around , I placed an order online 30 mins later the owner rang me said no stock website was wrong and she would refund .
Ok I thought , then no refund the following week so I emailed them and then the next day she emailed back saying she processed it the day of the order and would be 3-5 days . 5 days passed I emailed again no reply so I contacted my bank who did a chargeback and I have the money in my account but via them not the shop.

The shop contacted me today saying she didn’t process a refund and instead ordered the item from a supplier ( so already changing her story ) I replied telling her what happened and she claimed it was someone else working for her didn’t tell her ( email was signed her )

Then today she messages me saying she’s accepted the chargeback and paid £15 for the bank. Then an hour later I get a email saying the item is shipped ( wtf is going on ) I don’t require the item now as bought it elsewhere and just want the refund ( I have it in my bank but from my bank ) what happens now as I don’t trust what she says at all now due to her lies and story changes.

first time I’ve done a chargeback so any help welcome ( direct debit )
