I am trying to resolve a dispute by refunding the buyer ,however everytime I click to issue a full refund paypal tells me I have no funds even thogh I know I have enough on the card thats registered to my account .

Does anyone know whats going on ???

Not sure how you can fix that problem, but can't you just make a payment to the buyer, rather than the refund route? But ask the buyer to send an email before you send the money to confirm they are expecting a refund this way.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. It looks like you can only do a refund if you have funds in the actual paypal account rather than the bank account it is related to IYSWIM. I had to ask my buyer if they would hang on for a couple of weeks until I got some more cash in the account. Luckily I managed to sell something again a couple of days later so it wasn't too much of a problem.

NatalieJane & stonedout - if you do a refund rather than pay them by cheque for example you also get a proportional refund on the fees you have paid to Paypal.
