What less obviously ways could someone make money out of their home?

Assuming the home is spacious (few spare rooms), desirable location, with a large garden (not fields or anything but very large for a domestic garden).

Some film companies/advertising companies use the house as a backdrop?? Rent out a room??

Rent out the drive away, use it for shoots. My parents house was used in 2/3 adverts and a tv show. They found it annoying though and didn’t want to continue with it.

Keep chickens and sell eggs
grow fruit, make jam
rent space for caravan storage
dog sit

Don’t like dogs do anything to do with dogs is not an option!

Rent out driveway or parking space if it's near somewhere touristy with parking that fills up or is expensive?

Rent out rooms for art studios/office space/group meetings or things such as craft groups.

Do you live in London, or another big city? DM used to have Monday-Friday lodgers.

If you live near a university there's always a very high demand for short term stays whilst people move between accommodation or are waiting for their accommodation to be available. If you don't mind people full time, renting out rooms is very lucrative.
