Universal Credit - Housing Payment

We have recently migrated over from Tax Credits. Could someone confirm if this means our landlord will revive this payment as part of our claim. It is listed under deduction.

Yes, they're directly paying that to the landlord.

Can you do that? I'm moving to UC soon and am feeling so overwhelmed at going from weekly payments and rent being paid directly to landlord to a single monthly payment and I have to pay the rent :(

Yes we did ask for them too. It just mentioned in the text on the help page if it was minus then that’s the difference you are expected to make up. However it was showing as a deduction so was unsure.
