Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help. I have money in PayPal that I wish to put onto a virtual prepaid card which can be spent anywhere, as a regular debit/credit card would. I want to be able to top it up directly from PayPal. Does anyone know of any such card? I have looked online but so far, have been unable to find one. Tia

i think Revolut works this way. I’ve used it whilst travelling abroad and I credit it from my current account. my only concern is whether you can top it from PayPal.

I've got one of these. PayPal had me logged as a business user, don't know why! Try changing your account to business, then apply for the card. It gives 0.5% cashback. It's a physical card, though - does that matter?

You can transfer money between PayPal and Revolut but, again, your Revolut account must be a business one.

Hyperjar is a prepaid debit card. I use it for saving as you can set up 'jars' for separate things.

Is this something you're looking to keep off your credit report or just an admin issue?

If it's the latter, there are several app based banks that are really easy to set up and don't need a full credit check if you're not applying for an overdraft, only an ID check, and you could then just withdraw your balance to that. Look at Chase, Kroo, Starling or Monzo.

So basically, what it is, I've saved some money and was going to give it to my daughter but wanted to do it on a prepaid card so it is completely separate from her other money and doesn't get used up for bills etc, I also wanted to be able to add to this at a later date
