Have tried looking at our bank's website (Barclays) but can't find the info we need.

Is there a way you can pre-set up an automatic money transfer e.g. so as soon as the money hits your account it can be transferred to a different account? It's just that we're going to be off grid for a few days when we need the money to transfer. Thank you x

If you go online to make a bank payment or transfer, there is usually an option to choose a date. Should you want to only make the payment once the funds have arrived in your account, it could hypothetically be done by bank staff manually on your behalf. We used to be able to do that when I worked at a bank years ago, but you would need to actually speak to someone to find out if they can still do it.

You can choose a date on Barclays app.

If you know the date you want to make the transfer you should be able to set up the transfer with a future date.

Go to transfer between accounts and it gives you the option of now or select date.
