Moving to uc and self employed

Hi

Me and my partner applied for uc last night as our tax credits are ending.

My partner is self employed, he's a courier so earns on the amount of parcels he can deliver each day.
We also have a disabled child together so he balances on helping me as I'm a carer for a family member who need help with cooking, cleaning, going out etc.

Has anyone else recently had the self employment interview? I'm just wondering how it went?

Feeling stressed as its all new to us and don't really understand how it works

Any advice is appreciated, thank you

The interview is intended to satisfy UC that the claimant is 'gainfully self employed'. As a start here's what the governmnet says and an overview from Citizens Advice:
