I was approved for Carers Allowance in May. I received the back dated payment, and the letter said this was up to 2nd June.
I am in the irregular earner group as I work for rhe NHS on a bank contract, so have to send my payslips in to make sure they are below the threshold for earnings. They've had my payslips for June & July for 4 weeks now, and I've yet to receive my first payment. I've rung them a couple of times, and the call centre can't give me any info on a date for the nexfpayment.
Wondering if anyone else is an irregular earner, and how often they receive a payment?
Finding budgeting difficult as I've no idea when or how regularly payments will be
