Hello Everyone

Just completing our claim migrating from TC to UC. Does everyone have to have a interview once you have submitted your claim?

No everyone has to have an interview if you were able to verify yourself online and tings are fairly straightforward. If you are not working enough hours etc though you may have to have interviews with a work coach. If you are self employed then you will need an interview.
