All Royal Mail shareholders have received a letter asking them if they wish to accept an offer for their shares from EP UK Bidco Ltd.
Does anyone know please when is the closing/expiry date for accepting this offer?
Unless I'm being thick, I can't see a date anywhere. TIA!
