I've written to my credit card company requesting a section 75 payment. The payment was for a cycling trip and the provider has gone out of business unfortunately.
I wrote to them on 10th June after being notified that company had gone bust on 6th June. I had an acknowledgement saying they were trying a chargeback first as its a visa credit card. I then asked for an update 10th July but got told no update from Visa yet.
Does anyone know how long these things can take? TIA
