Uc childcare element

Good evening all.

I reported chilcare costs on my uc journal for the 10th -28th june, I reported these on the 11th of July, was this too late? Usually i get a 'we owe you some money' message within a few hours but nothing as of yet.

Anyone?

I think it depends on your assessment period dates. If reported outside of the AP then it may need to go to a decision maker.

Any advice I declared childcare costs and uploaded for 1st June -30th June on the last day of my assessment period and this has not been included in my statement. What do i do?

Write a message in your journal and they'll pay you it within a few days
