Student loan question

I’ve switched my student loan to direct debit rather than PAYE and the end is very nearly in sight!

I have £200 remaining on my student loan and my DD is set at £125pm.

Once this month is paid I’ll have £75 outstanding. My question is will my last payment be that or will they take £125 and owe me a refund?

So pleased to be rid of this debt after nearly 8 years!

It'll be the £75 outstanding. I was in the same situation last year. It felt like a promotion when it was gone! Congrats!

Question
my daughter has come into some inheritance around £30,000 she will go to uni to study law her career path might be that of a high achiever

should we use that money to pay her course fees and thus not have these high interest student loans (plan 5)
