Do NSI ever get their administration wrong in your experience ? I won £150 in the prize draw for May.( Prize Checker ).A statement arrived a few days ago saying I had won the money for June Has anyone had a similar experience .I am in the process of registering for online access to my account. Thank you.

Are you sure you haven’t also won a prize in The June draw as well as May?
i haven’t known NS&I to make mistakes but I suppose it can happen. Is there a telephone number you can call?

No it was definitely for May.I will be able to look in detail when I am registered Thank you for the reply.

Yes, the prize checker can glitch - I’ve had this. If you check right on the point it changes to the new month, I’ve had it say the old month still, so ‘You’ve won in May!’ etc - but give you the new winnings. If that makes sense. Only happened once.
