I've had the mitigation letter to move on to UC and deadline falls bang in to the school summer holidays with 5 at home. Obviously I want this mitigation to go as quickly and smoothly as possible - what documentation do I need to have ready at hand to submit? I'd like to prepare to get everything ready so that when it's asked I already have it. I'm a huge worrier and have anxiety over all this incase I balls up something they need and it takes even longer.
What will I need with regards to the children? Two are leavers age but in continued education. One already and one pending GCSE results but has applied already. I'm guessing I will need my CB number to cross reference the children? Will I need the older ones NI number and proof of courses? All can be provided of course but would like to have it ready.
Sorry, I'm a huge worrier so I'm stressed already.
