Mortgage application gone to auditors

My buyers mortgsge has gone to auditors has anyone had this?

It’s purely random if they have everything completed correct should be no issue - it’s just a check

Where I work we also use similar wording when a case is being reviewed in fraud department. But we use it for random audits too

They were told it was back from the quality review team and back with an underwriter. It was applied for via a very good broker.

Yes the broker said it is. Not sure if that is positive or negative. Broker said now its with the underwriter it should wrap it up?

Yes I'm an Underwriter. Don't work for Natwest though but know quite a few Underwriters there.
