Not received my payment however statement was up days ago?

Mine says payment due 31st May but the amount isn’t even showing on my statement, although it also now says next payment date due 27th June, and nothing went into my bank account. If it doesn’t hit tomorrow I will ask in my journal.
I’ve also seen another thread saying the op hasn’t had their payment, maybe there is a glitch somewhere?

Oh I hope so my statement went up on the 26th shows the amount etc but still not in my account which is so unusual i've wrote on my journal but no one ever seems to get back for ages on it. Never known anyone not to receive payment by their payment date though, I did ring them on the Friday they just kept saying it went threw their end & kept giving me a payment reference number but my bank Santander saying they can't see anything pending or nothing.
