My UC payment was due today upto 8pm however as it is a Saturday always goes in beforehand... still received nothing yesterday I rang UC who stated that their end was fine the payment was sent to the bank they gave a reference for the payment, no to do's or anything in journal. Statement shown as normal on time days ago stating the amount I am being paid. However, I have not received it & unlikely to now as it is the weekend & I bank with Santander. I also spoke with Santander who state nothing has come in the witholdings or pending to go into my account... don't know what I am meant to do does anyone know why this is the situation?
