When to expect first LCWRA

Just looking for some clarity as to dates for the first payment as the messages I've received from universal credit haven't given me any specifics.

My assessment period runs from the 19th to the 18th

I first handed in a fit note on 20/2/24

I received my decision on the 8/5/24

Any clarity would really help me out as I've been stressing about it and getting myself confused by how it works and actual dates

AIUI it's three APs after the one in which you file the fit note.

If I'm right it'll be the AP ending 18/6/24.

I think it's due the one ending 18/7

19/2 18/3 - not a complete AP
19/3 18/4 1st complete AP
19/4 18/5 2nd complete AP
19/5 18/6 3rd complete AP
