How to invest a small pot of money I saved in my SIPP

I saved a small pot of money (around £13,000) in my SIPP with AJBell from a contract job about two years ago. However, I don't know how to invest it. Do I need to open a separate share and investment account with AJbell to buy ETFs or shares? Or can I buy it directly?
Also, if I want to top it up every month from my personal account, does it mean that I missed my tax relief, as the money I saved is already after tax?
I appreciate any advice and answers. Thank you very much.
