UC Child verification

hi

has anyone come from tax credits to UC Recently had had issues with UC verifying there children?
i have waited 6 weeks for a payment is showing as zero i have messaged countless time in the journal and they keep saying my children have not been verified?
even though they knew i was on tax credits surly my payments will be protected
?

Have you asked what they need you to do to verify your children?

they just said they need there child verfication team to verify there details but its been 6 weeks since I've started my claim

Are you getting Child Benefit?

New claim and no payment or no correct payment means you're in scope for Help to Claim. They should be able to help get it sorted.
